it is to slide the flap from the front into when you wish to elevate one side of the ipad for typing on your lap or when you wish to prop it up as a stand when viewing movies. It is actually extremely useful

I have but no where does it say to prop it up you need to insert it there

I havent bought that case so I was just wondering.
