Apple Cash Not Working for anyone else?

Currently unable to pay my wife's Apple Card from her phone. Tried a small payment to mine and got the same message.

Service are unavailable.

Wanted to know if anyone else is facing this before I got down the rabbit hole of attempt to talk to Apple.

APC payments had a little hiccup on Friday (same with auth notifications).
