Eddy, Tim, Craig, Jeff, Phil, John (x2), Joz. They are all super rich (notably Tim) white middle-to-old age guys. Why not retire and let young, new ideas populate the C-Level ?? Maybe someone not like the previous ones re: background. (Be sure to keep Johny though.)
That’s why they all should be shown the door at Apple. They’ve gotten lazy and without drive. We need new eager persons with real visions at Apple. Not the old Dino’s.

Tim Cook is there to obtain funding for a new subsidiary of Apple to fund his passion project: Apple iCook Pro meal kits.

so what ideas do you have that would be a good fit to take the reigns?
and your professional qualifications and experience.

new products are few and far between in any mature industry.
the advances in hardware and software and pricing since I was at college are light years ahead.
and yet, only now are we getting AI tools to do some of the grunt work we were told would happen 30 years ago.
tools that should make it even easier to build apps without years of study.

the reason these "old white guys" are in charge is because back then, these were the guys who studied the subjects needed to build this stuff and had the opportunities. science wasnt seen as a choice for women. only about 10% of our classmates were female.

Apple have long supported workplace diversity and it's a long road to get balance to the top spots.

they've also made dev tools free and OS upgrades free and dev program fees are low to get your apps into the store. that's a field leveler and has broadened who can work in tech and bring new ideas to the table.

Well said and very refreshing in the midst of all the personal slams directed at Cook everyday.

Not sure why they need to make excuses just to have a party get together. Just call it like it is instead of trying to say it's for business, etc. Also, trying to figure out why Oprah is there. She's the one that sticks out from the crowd and isn't tech.
Can’t write it off as a business expense if you don’t say it’s for business.
