Hey there, try and get hooked up with a local Apple Authorized Service Provider. Maybe an Apple corperate store...idk, but the service provider can get you the training materials if you ask (or maybe bribe) them. :D It's through Apple's Global Service Exchange (GSX). The way I got the training materials was to start working, and of course I needed to be certified. Maybe that helps you out. :)

Getting the training materials can be pretty simple. However, unless you've got a job with Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider, you'll probably have to pay for the test yourself. You're looking at $100-$150, but it'll look good on a resume.
