Judging by this forum, I can understand.
They probably want to prioritise customers who have actual issues.
Not odd, smart. People keep asking them stupid questions.

I mean, what were you planning to ask? If you want to see the status of your order, check your order status page. They won't know anything more than you.

Where does the "odd" part come in? Seems pretty cut-and-dry to me.
Lol I guess they are getting tired of the old 'hay apple, I placed my order at 100 o clock on the 58th of April, does u know when I'll get it?'
Kind of odd? It's you who are odd if you're compulsively hitting the chat when you simply need to wait for the order to update.

It's about time. There are way too many impatient time wasters here and elsewhere asking silly questions about their orders which these reps couldn't possible answer anyway.
