Just yesterday i found an option in Apples website to be able to contact via chat with an Apple employee, and today this feature is nowhere to be found 😕 perhaps im looking in the wrong place, can someone tell me where this chat button is?

You might be thinking of the one in the Apple Store section.
(They disable it in times of turmoil, such as when it turns out their flagship product has a major design flaw that customers want to chat about). When available, it's to the right of the 800# at the top left of the page.

They also disable it when there's no one there to chat because it's the night time wherever they're located 😛
