I know that the Apple clear case has very hard to press buttons. I have seen a few videos/posts of people who have taken an exacto knife and cut the sides of the buttons which makes them easy to press. Has anyone tried this with success? Thanks.

The iPhone 13 and 13 Pro clear case buttons are much easier to press. I’m not sure about cutting the iPhone 12 ones. Seems like the material might be too hard to cut?

Well it worked. My Apple clear case arrived today and I used an exacto knife and put a small slit on each side of the buttons. They now work perfectly. So easy to press.

Would the slit introduce more dust/dirt into the side of the case ?
