Apple Clock for iPad

I am new to the iPad all together...I haven't even bought mine yet (waiting on the tax return). The clock on the iPhone is very useful to me, and would be even more useful on the iPad once I get it. I noticed though that the iPad doesn't come with it preinstalled. I looked and can't find, does Apple provide the same clock for the iPad that is on the iPhone...for download?

...and I would prefer not to use a third party unless is it just like apples because I really like that layout and don't want to swap between two layouts.
