Man, for someone who (rightly) keeps downplaying his part, he sure likes to be noticed.

He was technically part of Apple for a few days as a tiebreaker between Jobs and Woz. Before they did anything.

Amen to your comment. This guy made a huge mistake and did little or nothing of unique value.

Sorry, I feel we have here a guy with real class! I would hope I myself would be as mature about the circus in which we all live. Congrats, on integrity, aplomb, and savoir vivre!

Sorry - but if you believe we live in a circus this guy must be the head clown...

I wouldn't be writing an article about being a shortsighted dimwit. It reminds me of a story someone told me. I was working in a grocery store bakery/deli during the summer while in college. This girl told me her brother used to be in a band. The other guys in the band decided they wanted to go on tour and leave college for a while to pursue their music. BTW... this guy was the drummer for the band and he chickened out, quit the band and finished his degree.

You may have heard of this band.

It's called ZZ top. LOL

Apparently the lawyers over at Proview are anxious to speak with Mr. Wayne. There is much speculation regarding his letter of resignation. Their crack legal team maintain that while he did in fact resign from Apple Computer, inside the confines of Mr. Jobs' garage, some doubt remains as to whether or not this applies to the rest of the world outside the District of Garage.
Clearly there is a case to be made for full Apple, Inc partnership on Mr. Wayne's part in the wake of this legal travesty. Did Mr. Jobs even have the authority to negotiate this resignation outside the DoG? Did Mr. Jobs & Wozniak evoke the ABC, 123 No Changies clause in due course? Now that Mr. Wayne sees how much money Apple, Inc has made, surely he should be granted his due do-over.
Proview's lead counsel promises swift legal action on this issue in defense of Mr. Wayne's rights. There is even some talk of proceeding without Mr. Wayne in order to make the said claim for Proview directly, in addition to their other ongoing legal battles with Apple, Inc. One of their top litigators was quoted as stating "Nothing, not even actual facts and events, would stop us from litigating against such a deep-pocketed corporation as Apple, Inc".
