This if for tracking orders from Apple.com site.

I will post the tracking links once we get through the pre-orders.

Here they are:

Once our orders move to processing and we should start seeing some movement to 'preparing for shipment' over the weekend since release date Sept 22th.

Once this happens we should be able to get details on your phone and let the tracking begin :)

If your phone status has changed to "Shipped", you can view the invoice on the Apple site.
That invoice has the serial number on it.

Go to Apple.com, then pick the ORDERS page (the little "shopping bag" icon at the far right on the home page... go to your orders page). Now, log in, and find your iPhone order... and click on Print All Invoices.

Order number format: W followed by first 7 digits

wonder if the iPhone 8 will sell at alll

i can see people waiting to get the latest model since apple is ramping up the amout of iPhoneX’s that will be available.
 
can we preorder but pickup in store ???? is that way work on sept 15 night ?????
 
I tend to think this is gonna be easier to get than previous years, as many are in for the X.

What's your projection?

Does anyone know how the pre-order will work for those who currently are on the iPhone upgrade program with t-mobile? I previously had Sprint but switched to T-mobile at the beginning of the year. When doing the online pre-approval it allows you to select T-mobile as your carrier and confirms your existing phone but I haven't gone past this screen because I haven't decided if I actually want the 8 or "X". If anyone can share their attempt at trying to reserve with T-mobile I would appreciate it.
 
Getting the 256GB iPhone 8 to replace my swollen battery / screen popping off iPhone 6 128GB.
The X is neat, but will wait for new features to be refined and practical use of the new features to be developed in the next one or two cycles before adopting. I'm sure its descendants will eventually have the 'killer feature' that I don't quite see in the X at this time.

So...
Not with any big carrier. I know Apple doesn't sell SIM free at the start. How do I purchase one now ? I know I could probably go to the store but will their online system let me order without a major carrier account ?
 
Im getting the 8 plus early this AM outright and if im not happy with it upgrading on the 27th of OCT

Coming from a 6s+, will be getting a 8+. Can't stand the way the camera is positioned on the X. Counting down the time!! Hopefully I'll get in on time!! For anyone that's done the preorder before, is there usually a lag while opening/going thru the Apple App Store? Or will I get in automatically? First time preorderer here!

apple store on the phone has been the best way in the past pre-orders
