My wifes phone showed up in my profile.I moved it to hers..and i have a tracking number for her. I placed an order for both phones. How have you guys gone about getting the tracking number if you have multiple orders with the same Billing phone number

You can also use the "W" order number with the last two digits removed. If two shipments have the same billing phone number, then when you search they should both show up. If only one shows up, then only one is in UPS' hands so far.

When you enter your phone number as the reference number, you'll see two different tracking numbers if they're loaded into the UPS system yet. I have 3 orders, however, currently I only see 2 tracking numbers when I put in my phone number into the reference.

Be careful on taking all the information here with certainty. It is not 100% sure that if you change to a UPS store it will not come until Monday.

That is not the case for every location. My change request was accepted and it still says 9/25. I utilize this option for a lot of my UPS deliveries and expected delivery date is the 25th, you will get it on the 25th at the store.

Just be wary not every scenario is the exact same details in every location.

Any NYC people switching to pickup because of the Pope?

I'm wondering if it's going to be a nightmare to pickup there.

I was trying to find a UPS Customer Center / Distribution Center on Google for the iPhones that are in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. However, I only able to find a ton of UPS Stores in Mt Juliet. Has anyone been able to find out what facility the iPhones would be at in Mount Juliet. It's extremely close to Nashville, TN. Just outside of it.

I believe I found the answer!

I found this address that corresponds to Apple:
578 ALDI BLVD MOUNT JULIET, TN 37122-7117

Here's the Google Map Street View of the location!
Definitely looks like some sort of Warehouse, more than likely where our iPhones are being kept!

Yep; using my cell number as a reference, originally my wife's phone appeared in the UPS system and then this morning it's finding both phones (my number is the billing number).

The thing is that since that's an Apple Distro center, and not a UPS facility, I doubt you'd be able to PU there, and have to use a UPS CC. Since I'm not from TN so I'd just be guessing where that may be), and I doubt Apple allows people to pickup from their facility.

Oh, I know that. I was just interested to see where they're sitting right this moment.

I live in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

My assumption is that it'll be:
Flown to INDIANAPOLIS (UPS Next Day Air Saver®) then drove up to FT WAYNE.

Is picking up a package at the UPS CC really worth it? I'm new at this so I'm asking for opinions; Google reviews show horrible ratings for the CC, so I'm wondering in your experience, have you had to wait long or encountered any trouble at all?
My local hub is Mesquite, TX but I would appreciate any opinions.

It can be worth it, I've done it a few times. If you get there when it opens, there might be a line of 10 people or so (most aren't iPhone customers). As with all customer service, it's hit or miss. Being 10th in line might take 10 minutes or 2 hours. I've found most success going there about 2-3 hours after it opens, there usually isn't much of a line at all then; but that's when my UPS truck delivers to my house anyways.

When deciding which option there wasn't a date given. At least on the UPSMyChoice app there wasn't an estimated date depending on center.

As I said it may also vary based on location, shipping origination, and other factors. I switched mine from home delivery to store and it accepted the request and is scheduled for 9/25 to store delivery.

All i am saying is don't take everything stated in these threads as 100% true. Each location varies it seems.

I didn't want to take the day off last year and wait around at my house all day for UPS to arrive, so I arranged for pickup last year at the Fort Worth CC on Northside Dr. I called UPS before I made the request to make sure that the Northside CC was where my package was going to be loaded on the truck for delivery. I got to the CC at around 7:40 and waited at the gate. At 8:00, there were about 10 people behind me (all iPhone pickups). I was in and out quickly, and when I left, there weren't any other new people in line.

I did the same thing for the Apple Watch which went to a different CC in Fort Worth. I picked it up on my lunch break, and I was the only one there picking up any package. Very fast, and I didn't have to miss work.

Dallas has several CCs in the area, so if you want to have it held for delivery, you really should call UPS and confirm the CC where your package is scheduled to go out for delivery before you request the hold. Don't rely on the map that shows the closest hub to your address.

For me, having my package held for pickup at my convenience was worth it. You're taking a chance that something might go wrong, but I think that the risk is minimal. I was nervous that I might mess up my delivery, but it worked out well.

Where is your phone located now? I've requested a delivery change to a UPS CC, but it's yet to be accepted.
