I'm gonna call my local UPS store to see if I can pick it up tomorrow. Would they allow that ? I know it's only a package but not sure if Apple restricts these until launch day

I believe they will not let you man , also I do believe they made a deal with the companies that they are only allowed to distribute the phones only whenever it's the release date.

Well, at around 1am EST tonight my phone will be in Louisville and this awesome flight tracking party will probably come to an end. It's been so much fun. This is my favorite time of year. I look forward to it the way people do Autumn weather and pumpkin spice lattes. I hope we all get perfect phones on Friday!!

By the way if your Flight from ZhengZhou 7:33 AM to Anchorage then it should be arrived at Anchorage already

Edit: I also don't think it's possible to fly that fast from China. It is just after 11am in China, and your departure scan is 7:30 am.

Nope, they won't allow it. Apple insists that they hold them until launch day.

It crossed the date line. The odd thing is it went into the future too. It's only 8:08 in Alaska.

its because of the time zones right now in china its 1109AM wednesday 23rd!

Mine also arrived in Alaska at 8:35 PM (even though it's 8:10 PST). The good news is that the "!Exception" error on the package is now gone and it's being sent to the proper pick up location. Friday can't come fast enough

Right? Haha. I'm more confused about how they got there that fast. Either the scan from ZhengZhou was way late, or they actually are on that Atlas flight and they're pre-scanning or something. Which would seem... Odd...

This theory might fit. My orders were both at 9:22a (stuck in ZZ still).

The weather in ZZ looks good so there's a good chance that there won't be any delays with the phones. My guess is that our phones should fly out tomorrow morning. Lets hope for the best.

Its 7:12PM in Anchorage right now (its not PDT, its AKDT)! My phone reached Anchorage on 9/22 at 8:35pm, but thats 1:20 in the future...
