Im pretty sure. Is there a point to pre-sign a package thats gonna be held at the UPS CC?
no lol. the pre sign form is for those who want to leave a $700-$1000 piece of electronics out on the porch for the neighborhood thugs to steal.
I wanted to pick it up at a cc but I'm not going to take that risk this late in the game. I've waited this long already.
me too...one was my billing phone number...the other, I have no idea what it is. Maybe an internal ref number?
If you sign and they leave at the door and it is stolen, you ARE out of luck. I hear there are people who follow UPS trucks on days like Friday.

I just got my shipping notice and tracking number email from Apple ... 1:19 am Thursday (9.24). After all this waiting it's really going to happen Friday!!!
I've gotten quite a few (ok 3) of the new Sport Bands shipped direct from China via Anchorage and then Kentucky.
If this was a normal item, we would totally be getting these Thursday, the flights leave Louisville very late, but of course, the reason we won't this time is the special conditions that they are to be delivered on Friday. Therefore, they will be held either closer to your location or right there in Kentucky.
However, on a normal order, if you ever see your stuff get to Louisville and it shipped the international express like this from China, you can expect it to be at your door before the end of the following day.

Has anyone had their phones show that it has left Louisville to their local airport? My status did change to Shipped but my UPS status hasn't changed yet. Still arrived in Louisville at 12:47am yesterday. Not worried of course, just wondering.
We live in a nice area and yet, people are doing this more and more. You can live in a affluent area or a ghetto area, people will still your stuff. My ups man knocks on our door because he said he wouldn't dare to leave Apple stuff on the porch. I'm grateful!
