Pre-Ordered at 12:00, Confirmation at 12:03 PM PDT
Tracking # through UPS MyChoice - Immediate Re-route on the 22nd.
Package doesn't move for several days, finally starts moving on the 24th.
Sits at another Customer Hub for several hours
I call and ask if it's going to arrive on time for me to pick up at 8 a.m, I'm told leave it be, it'll be fine. If I could pick it up at the hub it's in then I'll leave it there... I was assured it'll be at the hub the next morning for pickup. I wake up excited, see the package has not moved... I call, get told it will arrive by 10, 11 roles by, to be told then that it was packed on a freight and won't be accessible till Monday Morning (8 a.m.). So then, I go to the hub, get told it's not there... it never left the other hub. So then I call and complain, I get told the hub that has the package will call me, they tell me that they cannot find it and that we should put a tracer on it, and then they find it... I say leave it at the hub and I'll pick it up in the evening... I wait in line 2 hours, then I'm told they can't find it... supervisor looks.... it left on a truck to the final destination. I'm leaving details out of this but for the most part this is the hassle I went through.... thankfully I had a store reservation. I just NOW picked up the pre-order and will now return it.
