Mine's still on the delivery truck so I'm trying to do homework, but it's hard to focus. :p

Pre-Ordered at 12:00, Confirmation at 12:03 PM PDT
Tracking # through UPS MyChoice - Immediate Re-route on the 22nd.
Package doesn't move for several days, finally starts moving on the 24th.
Sits at another Customer Hub for several hours
I call and ask if it's going to arrive on time for me to pick up at 8 a.m, I'm told leave it be, it'll be fine. If I could pick it up at the hub it's in then I'll leave it there... I was assured it'll be at the hub the next morning for pickup. I wake up excited, see the package has not moved... I call, get told it will arrive by 10, 11 roles by, to be told then that it was packed on a freight and won't be accessible till Monday Morning (8 a.m.). So then, I go to the hub, get told it's not there... it never left the other hub. So then I call and complain, I get told the hub that has the package will call me, they tell me that they cannot find it and that we should put a tracer on it, and then they find it... I say leave it at the hub and I'll pick it up in the evening... I wait in line 2 hours, then I'm told they can't find it... supervisor looks.... it left on a truck to the final destination. I'm leaving details out of this but for the most part this is the hassle I went through.... thankfully I had a store reservation. I just NOW picked up the pre-order and will now return it.

Yeah...that is a messed up delivery.

Ordered my 6s+ 25/9 in case there were any launch day errors (see Bendgate) and until yesterday evening my delivery was Oct 23-30 with a dispatch of 3-4 weeks. However it changed 24 hrs ago to Oct 9-16 with a dispatch of 1-2 weeks. I've been refreshing all day! Is it normal that it still says processing? I just want to see it get to prepare for shipment, i'll be refreshing all day tomorrow aswell.

So in the long run, on launch day I'm glad I had reservations in two stores because UPS royally screwed up my order man, I still don't even have it. Thankfully I was able to pick up my reservation. The CC where my phone is SITTING is going to call me today before end of day to figure out what they can do for me since they screwed up my order so ROYALLY.

How can UPS screw up your order when in fact you ordered it from apple. UPS job is to just deliver so you probably meant to say UPS screw up your delivery day.

Yes. It will move to preparing to shipment when you can start to see the detail on the apple support profile page.

once you go to preparing for shipment status you can start looking for your tracking details by searching by reference using the links in the first post of the thread.
 
Just an FYI, if you ordered your phone using Apple Pay on a phone you no longer have, it will decline payment when it goes to try and ship. Call Apple and change your payment method to a regular credit card ahead of time to avoid any delays.

Yep. Get the same issue is you upgraded your OS and set up Apple Pay again after you ordered. But you can always enter credit card details online and the payment will go through too.

I ended up having to call since it said the payment information was not able to be edited online. All was well after a couple of minutes on the phone and it still shipped same day.
 
I got tired of seeing my order that was placed on the 13th still showing 3-4weeks with an estimated delivery date between oct12 and 19. So today I cancel them both and tried the online reservation and got lucky. I was able to get an AT&T SG 128gb and a RG 128gb. I wanted 2 SG but I guess my wife gonna have to settle for the RG one.
