How can you tell when you phone was made

Anyone who did Pickup at UPS location in the past... How does that work? They call you when it's available? Do you show up when it's open? Is it better to pick it up at a UPS CC location?

I usually always pick up my pre-ordered Apple products from my local UPS CC location. You log into your UPS My Choice account and reroute the package to your local CC location. Check the times for pickup and arrive when you want.

Mine opens at 8:00am and that's when I pick up my package. Beats waiting till after 5:00pm for UPS to deliver it.

Got shipping for both phones but oddly enough the phone ordered the latest (Sept 12th, 5 am EST )is already in the states - PA and the one ordered right after pre-orders started is coming from China.

How do you tell which fed ex locations are hubs?

It's not as easy to pinpoint as UPS. I call them once I have my tracking number to find out where my package will be put on the truck for delivery, but it's always at the Mark IV Parkway location in Fort Worth. I look for the locations near me here: http://www.fedex.com/locate/index.html?cc=us#start

How do you find the UPS flight number?

Once your package has a departed time you can match that up with the UPS flight departures and get the fight number.

Did the credit card hold get removed for anyone else? It didn't decline, I have a sufficient balance, and my wireless bill isn't late, so what gives? I'm still in PFS so I'm not too worried but that's kind of odd.
