Ordered from the Apple Store app at 01:02 mountain that Saturday morning. 128gb space gray 6S Plus, shows 9/25 delivery, charge is still pending from Apple Pay and phone shows preparing to ship. Albuquerque, NM

Ah, finally in the good ol' US of A.
Finally went to "preparing for shipment" on both of the devices I ordered. Now if they would add to my support profile and let me track my shipment on UPS I will be happy..Also when you do the "track by reference" do you put the dashes in your number?

Sorry if someone answered this question but I have a tracking number and my tracking delivery date says " BY THE END OF THE DAY ON SEP 25". So I want to pick it up at a UPS CC here in Landover, MD. Will my phone be at this customer center? Is this a risk?
This person is showing in AK now from ZhengZhou China that went through Hong Kong. Theirs was shipped one day ahead of mine.

Maybe after the 1,000 refresh they display a fake page to hopefully to get us to stop taxing their servers
I just got my AppleCare+ welcome kit. Why does the coverage end September 20, 2017 when I won't get the phone until the 25th?
Don't get angry at the UPS people... It is apples agreement with them and they are probably not allowed to even talk about it. Apple forbids them from delivering them prior to the 25th.
just got an email from apple saying my applecare + is now active on my 6s plus that i won't have for another 3-4 days and expires on september 20th .. shouldn't that be the 25th ?
That is the same girl i spoke to this morning and she said there was a delay and that why my package won't be ready till friday.
When your tracking says "In Transit" and not "Order Processed" you will be able to select change delivery and have your phone sent to a customer center.
Make sure you select a customer center and not a UPS store because that can potentially delay your order until Monday.
If I select a customer center is there a certain time that I have to wait or will it be ready first thing in the morning?
Most likely, the delay is "UPS/FEDEX can't release the new iPhones earlier than 25 September because of Apple"
I have never had an issue.
I wouldn't show up 8am though unless you absolutely have to. I made that mistake one year and there were about 20 people waiting in line for their phones and all the packages hadn't been unloaded off the truck.
Ended up spending an hour waiting.
I looked at last years iPhone 6 and this is the trend, it will leave for Korea on the 22nd and stay there for one day then on to Alaska then Louisville then your destination. I don't get it though.

My phone appeared today in my support profile (week 37, btw) and is now showing on UPS. It is coming from Harrisburg, PA just like my 6+ did.
Finally, UPS Mychoice comes through with a win! No info in support profile or in my apple order, but ups has a shipping label in Mychoice. Shipping from Mount Juliet, TN.
