Day 5 in Shipped land. This morning, after sitting idle for a few hours, we were officially scanned as imported into the United States in Louisville. On the way to the scan, most of the phones on the pallet started singing, "One the road again...just can't wait to get on the road again..." I thought "Yeah, we're delirious. Good thing we're all heading home." After the scan, they started splitting us up and I lost track of most of my pallet mates. I got tossed onto a plane with some phones and other objects I didn't recognize. I landed next to a KitchenAid who was intent on mixing things up, but before we could really sort him out, the plane was taking off. I asked Siri where we were going, and she said, "Mather." Mather, shmather - where the heck is that? Maps told me it was really Sacramento. Oh. Thrilling. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz....
Ooh, what was that? Touchdown in Sacto, and we're all jostled awake as we're trucking across town to the westside hub. Looks like this is my hotel for the night before I take an early morning ride to the bay area and my new home.
No turndown service in this joint.
