Just returned my iPhone 6 Plus and ordered the 6 through Apple.com...round 2 here we go

Anyone know what the (realistic) time it is from order to shipment for an iPhone 6?

I did the same thing. I got my iPhone 6 a week after I ordered it through Apple. The original delivery date was 3 weeks out.

Jesus people are still waiting for their phones? I'm SO glad I cancelled. I truly hope you all have been to a store to feel them out? Had I not done that I likely would not have cancelled and would not only be phoneless at the moment but disappointed when it arrived.

A bigger screen is nice but at the cost of performance and more importantly one handed useability; no way.

I didn't think it mattered to me until I held it single handed and tried to type and realized it was an accident waiting to happen and I use my phone in one hand just often enoigh to be miserable without the ability to.

Fwiw I'm a 6 foot dude with what my wife says are "monkey" hands.

The real estate for movies is golden but it just was the wrong choice. (Not even takin the saved cash into the equation).

One more very important thing to consider, should u decide to move up.. It will be pleasant and easy. Should you decide to move down because it's too big, moving to a smaller screen may be difficult. I know myself well enough to know it would have been for me.

Anyhow, you guys are troopers! Good luck!

Guess I'm stuck in Korea for the weekend....wed delivery. I had hoped to make it to Alaska today.......

Now if I were you guys waiting for an Iphone 6+ and saw all these phones at the Apple Stores for sale I would be MAD! I can understand waiting for one from one of the carriers but not from Apple. I went to IdeviceChecker this morning and the 6+ was listed at Apple stores everywhere in all sizes.

not sure what you're talking about. checked Apple Store app for supplies in San Diego area. nothing and it's been like that for weeks. so yeah. your point is invalid. 6 plus will be here on Tuesday for me.

as a side note. if your phone is still processing you can always cancel and purchase at an Apple Store. no lost time. so thanks for sharing this useless information as if during processing time I wasn't already checking supplies in my area on the daily.

Woah man no need to be so hostile! I follow istocknow.com and get notifications from them and have gotten notified 6 times over the last 3 days that iphone 6 pluses in my configuration were available at my nearest Apple store. I was kind of upset about it, because my phone has been in the shipment process for a few days now, so there was no way I could just go pick one of them up. He's just sharing his opinion (nicely) with the rest of the forum... No need to be a Richard. (If you know what I mean.)

team 25

I ordered from Apple on Sept. 25th (after ATT accidentally cancelled my order from the 12th). Been waiting a long time. So, I've seen a couple 22nd order dates shipped so far. Haven't noticed any 23rd or 24th dates as shipped yet. I did notice one 26th has shipped. Has anybody on 23rd or 24th shipped and didn't post? Or maybe I just missed that page. I have been checking periodically to see how close it is.

23rd here....shipped on 16th

When I ordered my Macbook Pro Retina, it shipped earlier then what the website said. I was hoping the same would happen here, but it doesn't look like it will. :(

I ordered my space gray Verizon 6+/64 on 9/24. Sitting in South Korea right now, and it is scheduled for delivery on 10/22. Really looking forward to getting it.:)

Same here, when I ordered my rMBP last fall, it shipped the next day. As for my iPhone 6 Plus, I have waited the full 4 weeks as quoted and finally will receive it Monday. The demand was definitely high this year (or Apple didn't have the adequate supplies to support the demand prior to launch)

Apple's Apologetice Email

So how many days after the apologetic email - "Thank you for your recent order. We’re working hard to deliver your iPhone as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience......." does the iPhone 6+ actually ship?

Ouch, sorry I offended you! I'm not waiting for your information I already have mine. I just said I would be mad seeing all of these being released to people who haven't placed a pre order.

stuck in alaska.

3-4 days and weekend don't count...at least with my situation.

So my phone went to shipped on Friday at around 7am but hasn't moved from ZZ, China since. Is there no shipping on weekends?
