i know this has been mentioned in the forum several times but i wanna reiterate that for those waiting for phones to ship still if purchasing from apple is and option for you you would save yourself a lot of time by cancelling and doing the personal pickup through apple.com at your local store i used istocknow.com to monitor stock in my area and was able to get 2 6 pluses att on 2 separate occasions this way and there are some pluses available now. stock usually updates around 4am and again around 2:30pm...

yup, not everyone has an apple store close to them.
I'm in the US, but they're all 150-200+ miles away.
Has anyone that ordered a 6+ on 10/6 gotten the "working hard" email or seen any movement at all?
This.. and.. maybe.. just maybe.. some people waited in line on launch day.. then waited in line twice based on istock now for hours each time (First in line waiting on store to open) only to not have what the site said it did. Just saying maybe some people don't have as good of luck as you with the site. Congrats on you working the site like a boss but id rather wait for it to be delivered to my house.

I read a few people who ordered on 10/3 who got the "working hard" email.
like me... i ordered 10/3 and got the working hard email yesterday... however i am still in the processing status
I'm assuming we actually get a shipped email when that it happens, with the tracker not functioning until 24hours after that.
But in the email you got an earlier estimated delivery date right? i ordered 10/6 so I'm hoping to get the email too
I ordered 10/3 and got the email yesterday. My original delivery date from Apple is 10/30 - 11/6.
The email yesterday said it should be shipped 10/24 - 10/31 so they are right on schedule. Not early or late.
Mine should be on the same plane, but adding in travel from west coast to east coast
Did you do the expedited shipping? I did but not sure if it makes a difference. I noticed when I changed it to expedited when ordering it moved my date up to 10/30 - 11/6. It was later.
nope, but same order date and same range from the working hard email, but 11/3-10 in the original order.
So it looks like mine might ship quicker since I paid an extra $10. Since my dates are earlier.

I seem to recall that it was about two days to get a tracking number. And in my case, as I wait for the delivery today, it took 5-6 days to get to Louisville, Kentucky (center UPS depot)

So even though we had some "mechanical issues" on the way here, it seems like my phone will make it's 10.23 delivery
Pretty stoked after waiting 42 days to get my hands on this bad boy!!! Tomorrow can't come sooner! Now I need to find something new to obsess about since I pretty much have spent every free minute of the last month and a half tracking and or talking about my new iDevice
I have to say though, going through the struggle with other people made it a lot more fun, I will DEFINITELY check back in these forums next launch
Once I get it all set up I will post some pictures and tell you first impressions to get you re-hyped about getting your phones soon!

yes, my ESTIMATED ship date is 10/24-10/31... my original DELIVERY date was for 10/30-11/06... now that i look at it, i think i'm still gonna recieve it between 10/30 & 11/06

When istocknow showed them available, you went on Apple.com to see if shown, and then ordered and paid on Apple.com for pickup at your store??
