wonder what triggers the option to even select another shipping method? Mine didn't have the options. just standard.

i ordered on 10/6 and at checkout (Apple Store App) it gave me the option. Not sure when the option became available though.
This is what mine is showing, but I'm confident that our phones are on UPS flight 59 which is on it's way to anchorage. If this is the case, delivery tomorrow isn't impossible. I would sure love to get my phone before the weekend.
The people who had the option to "Expedite" their shipment and paid the $10 got "UPS WorldWide Express Saver" which ships faster and gets priority over UPS Worldwide Expedited. Im not sure when the option to pay the $10 for faster shipment became available though.

and flightaware shoing the plane (I'm guessing on which mine resides) over the middle of the Pacific UPS59. I just got an email from UPS my choice saying delivery is scheduled for tomorrow.
And going directly to UPS's site and checking the tracking # doesn't show the back-to-Oct30-Delivery-date. It's still showing Nov. 3
Talk about a roller coaster ride.

According to UPS will be delivered 11/3 but my Apple email says 11/4. Woohoo! From the last 10-20 pages or so I believe most people use the UPS date which is the most accurate? I paid for expedited shipping when I ordered...

Sounds like good news for me. IT seems that once it touches down in alaska, it pretty much gets ready for delivery the next day.
Same here. Guess we're on the same plane/palet. Departed from ZZ and it just arrived in Shanghai. Haven't seen that route lol. I guess since Incheon seems to be VERY backed up, they sent us to Shanghai instead. Do you see any UPS flights scheduled to head to us? I can't find any.
I was just going to post the same thing. I have an arrival scan in Shanghai but not departure. Also noticed my Apple order says shipped 10/30, not 10/29. Maybe it's not going out till tomorrow. The Apple email says delivery on 11/4.
What's your ETA with UPS?

Same here. UPS is telling me 10/31 delivery. I haven't seen any phones deliver that fast so we'll see how they will pull it off. Hopefully we get them on Friday though.

Same pallet as well. I know a guy whos iphone went from korea back to china and then to korea again. I hope this is not the start of that vicious cycle. Fingers crossed for delivery tomorrow because I am calling in sick just for this

Double scan in Incheon
I had a departure scan at 10:05PM, 10/29 and then a second one at 12:20AM, 10/30 the next day. I have only been able to locate a UPS flight that left Incheon at 10:45PM. There is no sign of a UPS flight leaving Incheon early morning the next day. Does anybody think this is something to worry about?
