Got my iPhone of launch day from apple.com. White 64gb. The silver bezel has a nick in it above the silent switch. Came that way out of the box.

Called Apple and they issued an exchange.

I have to send in the old phone before they will send me the replacement. Got an email today with the pre-paid shipping label.

The question I failed to ask and they didn't advise is this: Do I send the phone in the box with all of the accessories or just the phone itself?

Should I send just the phone or everything?

Apple told me the new phone won't come until October 23rd to the 29th.
Will AT&T have any issues re-activating my old iPhone 4 until I get my replacement 5?

If it comes with accessories send everything back, if its just the phone then send the phone itself.

You did have the option of an express exchange as well. Where they send you the phone first and then you send the old one back.

I did that and like is coming in 3-4 days.

I don't know if they are sending me just the phone or the accessories...I have to send it back before they send me the new one.

They didn't give me the option of express and I did call back and was transfered between 3 different people and they wouldn't change the exchange to express.

From what I've read of other customers' experiences like yours, I understand you should just send back the phone. They should send you a new replacement (or a refurb if you wait long enough) in a non-retail box.
