This is ridiculous. I have had three Apple TVs sitting on my desk for over 3 weeks now. I can't deploy them because I can't enroll them in ABM. Configurator for macOS is the only method Apple provides to enroll Apple TV devices in ABM, so even though iOS Configurator works fine, it can't be used for enrolling these.

You'd think the fact that this is first-party software intended for business/enterprise customers that they would make fixing it a top priority. Even better would have been taking greater pains not to break it in the first place.

Has anyone received any updates? We use Apple Configurator for iPad deployment in a training setting and we have no way of blueprinting or adding apps anymore. I’m open and appreciate any other ideas. I get the same AMSErrorDomain error 100.

We use our solution for iPad deployment too.

Sorry if my first message was misleading. We don't have a working solution for the moment 🙁

We are setting up our iPads manually while waiting for feedback from Apple...

I have been trying to troubleshoot this for a few weeks now. I cant use the mac with configurator, i can use the ios app. It doesnt work signing the iPad in but it does show up in business manager. So its a work around but i still cant sign into the iPad once its set up does anyone have a work around for this step?

I can even change the password in our AD and the iPad log in recognises its been changed but i cant get any further then this screen

Tahoe 26.6 RC (25G70)
Apple Configurator 2.20 (11B11)
It looks like this sign in problem has been fixed.

If somebody tries and it still fails for 26.5.2, then fix might be in 26.6. If sign in is successful with 26.5.2, then they might have fixed something on Apple services backend side...

Happy to report, 15.7.7 can also sign in now.
Huge shout out to everyone helping to report this to Apple! 👏
