Apple corporate software

I have a question:does anyone know what kind of software does Apple use themselves?

I mean Numbers for example is nice but insufficient beyond small business (I think)
Pages? Keynote?
Do they use ERP solutions if so which one?

Have they written everything themselves? Why don't they release it as a business solutions

While not software, I know that at least some of the offices use Avaya telephone systems. I am not sure about the HQ, but the Austin office uses Avaya.
