Look up iPhone 5C cases. Nothing new. They would need to make a different case for every color. They’re not doing that.

That was exactly why I returned the one I ordered. I went with a clear Spigeon case for the Cosmic Orange iPhone I bought. That big white patch looked awful.reviews described the white panel as a "deal breaker" for some buyers who wanted to show off the color of their phone.
They should just call it a semi-clear case. Problem solved. If I was in charge the clear case just wouldn’t have the MagSafe ring at all.
Hot take I know but if I want clear , I want clear . lol
If they're cursed, it's because they got rid of real leather. Once they did, I went Nomad and never went back.Man, Apple's case design unit is just cursed. Between weird white panels, getting rid of leather, Fine/Tech/ScratchWoven, and wildly overpriced silicone, it's like Apple needs a tax write-off or something. Don't buy our cases! Buy Nomad or some cheap Amazon thing!
These are 100% knock offs that have been available for years. As a clear case enthusiast I can confirm they are garbage and not worth your time. Those are the fakest looking cases I've ever seen - no shot that Apple would actually release the broken MagSafe ring
I have to disagree (just checked out the back of my 17 Pro Max). Many MANY CASES have a visible MagSafe ring that is centered… with respect to the whole phone, not the bottom part. And they all look fine.I don't really care since I've got a 17 Pro and I'm changing on a 3-years cycle, but initially I though that the logo being centred on the lower part instead of the whole phone looked weird, but after spending months with the phone, I have to agree it was really the right design call. If they move it back in the global middle it will be a bad idea.
The literal first sentence of this article says these are third party cases.
