So after very long repair process of my macbook air 13 2014 I was finally able to get my machine replaced. Fast forward after that long process to yesterday and I received the new machine from Fedex. I opened up the new machine only to discover that the front casing has somehow been chipped inside the box (Recorded the unboxing not expecting the chip in the machine) IT CAME IN HANDY!!!!. Now me being very disappointed after going through this whole process to getting a replacement for my machine I sulked for a bit then hurried into the Apple Store as they were closing in about an hour and told one of the Apple people what had happened. He then pointed me to the back like they normally do and after waiting forever someone finally came up. I told them what happened he then went to talk to the manager and after about 5 minutes he comes back and says that they didn't have my exact configuration but the next best was the 512GB storage option. I WAS ECSTATIC, and he could tell. So this just a post about how awesome Apple's customer service is so now I'm rocking a 2015 512GB 8GB & 2.2Ghz. Fully loaded

The original replacements' configuration was 2.2GHz processor, 8GB ram and the 128GB SSD model.

Nice!

I dropped my iPad once and the screen cracked badly. I went to the Apple store and asked them how much would it be to replace it, the guy came back after 5 minutes and gave me a new iPad. Mine was no longer under warranty, I did not have Apple Care insurance or anything like this. This was a very nice move from Apple CS.
