Now if they could just get out of politics.

Do Apple make donations to only a single politician, or a single political party? Because otherwise I don't know what you mean by "politics".

I don’t think it’s possible to be a multi-trillion (multi-currency), multi-national corporation without being involved in politics to some degree. He has to deal with the Chinese government as much as the US government and the EU government and lots of other smaller governments as well. Can’t make that kind of impact on the world without the government getting involved, like it or not.

Now if you mean their protesting way too much about environmentalism and such, that I understand. It’s hard to take them seriously, it’s all just marketing to their key demographics.

Can people please stop attributing Apple's stock price increase to Tim Cook.
No. Here there is correlation and causation.
You could have put a monkey in charge of Apple after Steve died and the stock still would have risen.
Yeah, trope of the year. See blackberry as an example of why a monkey will not do well in any ceo capacity. /s
Steve left the company when it was years ahead of the competition, it simply carried on momentum.
Yes. Tim contributed to that momentum. Even if some are in denial.
Even to this day Apple's decade old software which has seen minimal improvements still has the usability edge on the competition.
iOS has seen improvements in leaps and bounds.
It's not a compliment to Tim, it's a nod to the incredible company Steve left behind.
It’s a compliment to Tim.
