How do you all have tracking numbers already? Aren't those only provided by Apple when the device ships a few days before arrival?

Sign up for UPS My Choice. You'll see the tracker number from within the app or on their website.
Same. My Apple account still just says "preparing to ship" but when I log into UPS I have a tracking number and updates on the warehouse in China it's currently residing in.

I have a MyChoice account, but there is nothing showing there. Unless I'm looking in the wrong place..??

Do they go by address, email, or phone number?

I assume you are having yours delivered to your home/business ?

UPS uses the delivery address.

If your My Choice is registered with the same address, you will see the tracking number.

For the web version (sorry, I don't use the app): login, click on your initials at the upper-right, and select "MyChoice".

It looks like you can still go to most Apple Stores currently on Sat. Feb 3 and pick one up.
Yes, that's what I did - bought a backup yesterday in case the home delivery UPS driver decided not to make it by 2/2 Friday.

Since I have seen few UPS deliveries on Fridays get pushed back to Monday.
Maybe the UPS driver calls it quit and takes off for the weekend ??

UPS doesn't deliver on weekends, so I bought the store delivery unit for Apple Store pickup on 2/3 (Saturday).

Figured I didn't want to risk it so I have 2 coming in....

Yeah I bought two as I thought could sell one on eBay to cover some of the cost of mine. A 1TB supposedly sold on there for $6k…but then I realized eBay and PayPal fees would be over $1000. I’ll just take one of them back.

If you sell it to an international eBay customer, that would be a legit customer.
I'd be wary of any US sales.
eBay fees are about 15% so you might make money on it.
