Masks do not protect ANYONE from Viruses...
I believe the Governor of NY over postings on the internet, when he states the responders(police, ems) and doctors and nurses have a lower percentage of infection than the general population and that masks are a vital strategy to lower the infection rate. NY State must have some hard data to prove their assertion.

"O'Brien also details Apple's approach to serving its customers more effectively."

uh. ya.... what else would you do with a limited number in stores?

I think this will never return to business as usual, because when you get hooked to the spacing arrangements, your not gonna loosen them. And therefore, more will buy from home and not visit store...(or at leastfor a long time)

The only ones would be bring hardware in to repair/replace.

I agree! Too many people here not using their brains, thinking that masks and temperature checks and keeping people locked away and politicians decreeing how lives should be lived are the best for every single individual.

I don’t like the threat of being hit by a car. I could get hurt. Or I could die.

I suspect there are a lot of people who are similarly scared, and don’t want to be hit by a car. I bet they think they might get hurt. Or die.

Therefore, you should be hereby ordered either by decree on high or social pressure to keep your car at home and keep those people safe. They might get hurt if you hit them. You might even kill them. You never know, as you are not carrying a predisposition to maim or murder anyone. You just want to go about your business becaue liberty and all.

Or, otherwise, you are just a selfish jerk who only cares about yourself. How dare you! Jerkie jerk face!

Is this about right?
Except cars have benefits for everyone so there’s a trade off that society is willing to accept. Not to mention, people don’t run over people knowingly. hats why they’re called accidents.

What’s the benefit of you not wearing a mask during a pandemic knowing what we know about the virus ? You nailed it... only the utmost selfish and impish people and sociopaths would suggest they have a right not to wear a mask and risk other people’s lives.

What is selfish is when you feel you are vulnerable to getting sick and you go out anyway and demand that the whole world accommodates YOU.

First of all, your definition of selfishness makes zero sense. You realize that most people need to leave their homes out of necessity, right?

It makes even less sense that you believe you’re invulnerable or that you’re incapable of being asymptomatic and spreading the disease. Are you from Krypton? You have no human friends or family who are vulnerable?

There’s actually a term for what you believe. It’s called optimism bias; a misguided belief that bad things only happen to other people. That’s why people smoke. That’s why people have unprotected sex. That’s why people don’t wear masks... Until it’s too late.

Since the premise of your first sentence is utterly wrong, I can’t justify an answer to the rest of your trope.

There is a huge disconnect between your "beliefs/opinions/misinformation" and the reality of it all. We have to leave our house to get uh....food. Due to the density, we cannot get food deliveries. Our state is under orders to wear masks in stores.

"Trope is as trope does".

I'm glad stores are starting to open, I hope those who believe they are invulnerable do not get sick.

Wonder how they will handle items purchased right when the stores closed and want to be returned. I'd love to return the 2019 13inch MBP I bought days after the shut down started and get the new 2020 instead.

I'll go a step further and say that I hope those who believe they are invulnerable do get sick. It's the only way they'll gain empathy for those actually suffering from this disease.
