so, now its a traps heat too ?

what a "miracle" glass. But lets see how good Apple is when things start failing.

The only reason for this would be on new/upcoming products where its becoming an issue.. (why make it this way "just because it looks kewl" ?) Nit to mention it would save money.

Obviously, Apple wants to make their products go faster and faster, same with other manufactures, and have to come up with new ways to keep it cool.

Others will have to follow.... They always do anyway

Its like I'm hearing the same old boring story before somewhere...

Someone change the channel quick..

Seems someone didn't own a watch with sapphire glass.

When did Apple actually increased the price of iPhone? Did the iPhone 5s with finger print scanner "cost" more than the iPhone 5 launch price?

Sorry, it came across wrong.
I do have a sapphire screen watch and I'm very impressed with its durability.
Apple have been very good at keeping the pricing point to the consumer relatively static but the repair/replace price has increased when you take into account the individual component parts.

I'm not against having the sapphire screen, in fact I relish the idea and I can't wait.
