We'll see. If you look at the new Creator Studio icons (i.e. Logic Pro, Final Cut etc.), they seem to go in the opposite direction. No detail anymore, just symbolic hints.

Fair point. I for one would certainly not be sad about that, I'm not a fan of those new icons (for Logic & Co.)

OK I've now given up on Apple making a decent app icon. That is total rubbish.

Forget Liquid Glass - I can’t believe it took them this long to make the video player grow with the window

That was one of my biggest gripes with the app, I had to either full screen the player or use PIP

I guess using video or other multimedia is a bit of new territory for Apple's developers.
