The room names are great! I would love it if they were themed - a Leopard’s fur couch in the Leopard room, a Lion head in the Lion room, OS X posters in all the rooms. It’d be a nice touch.
Themed with furniture/decorations that look like someone killed the animals to make them doesn't sound very Apple.

On the other hand, I could totally see them putting tastefully done oil paintings of each animal (or location) on the wall in the corresponding room.

Anyone have an extra ticket to give away? Obviously I did not win the lottery, but I love WWDC and Apple so much (with substantial stock holdings), I'm going to show-up at Apple Park early (7am,) and enjoy the WWDC day even sans ticket.

If I cannot view the keynotes on the store devices, I've got my own. And if security tells me to step aside, I'll just review top secret Apple patents and company records here: https://docoh.com/company/320193/AAPL or https://fcc.report/company/Apple-Inc

Just one day ahead of WWDC 2022, the all-new Apple Developer Center has opened, with developers able to receive a brief tour of the first floor.

Located next to the Apple Park campus, Apple describes the Developer Center as a "world-class facility designed for our community to meet, collaborate with, and learn from our engineers, designers, and experts." The center includes dedicated developer lab areas, pods, briefing centers, a state-of-the-art studio/theater, and more.

Paul Hudson of Hacking with Swift visited the Apple Developer Center and shared some photos on Twitter. Notably, he revealed that all of the meeting room names in the Developer Center are named after macOS releases, such as Panther, Leopard, Tiger, and El Capitan. The studio space with a stage and seating is likewise named Big Sur.

According to Apple's schedule, the Developer Center will remain open until 6 p.m. Pacific Time today, and it will be open again starting at 7 a.m. Pacific Time tomorrow. Only those who were invited to WWDC 2022 can attend the open houses.

WWDC 2022 will be held online from June 6 through June 10, with sessions and other content to be made available on Apple's website and in the Apple Developer app free of charge. During the opening keynote, Apple is expected to announce its latest software platforms, including iOS 16, iPadOS 16, macOS 13, watchOS 9, and tvOS 16, and there is always a chance of a hardware announcement or two at the event.

Paul Hudson on twitter contributing to the tour with meeting rooms, specifically Panther … this is all I needed from wwdc!

Everything else is just icing on the cake!

Panther release dog tags still in my possession. That alongside the real OG massively expandable cheese-greater tower Power Mac G5 (ahem, premature evaluation) … I’m good. Anything else is pure sucrose/sugar to a 5yr kid in my heart.

Who has zoomed in to see what's on those boards?
The boards had little Easter eggs for developers to find a website that had trading cards, with a quiz.
That first big pic is all about the Statue of Liberty app. And the QR code on the board will take you to the app in the store.
This room was showing how Apple worked with New York City to help them with an AR app to show the intricacies of the Statue Of Liberty.

They did have clues through the tour to solve a quiz that gave you “trading cards” that ended up with Sexy Hair Crag’s shiny trading card.

There were little clues through the rooms to look out for with a sleuth emoji.

Not for the animals...

(If you added "fake" it would both make it seem more acceptable but lower the sensory appeal. Nylon fur isn't exactly my choice, and even synthetics somehow imply being OK with animal skins but can't afford the real thing.)

Perhaps you mean Texas?

Not sure why we need to make these side-eyed comments in this thread, but here we are.
Perhaps trying to get a laugh, or make people laugh? We don’t know motivation, but we can judge what we don’t know. All I know is that I know nothing of LA… literally nothing, but sometimes - FOR ME - life is way too serious and I appreciate the chuckle — or at least the effort. I also love being able to laugh at myself.

Just my $0.02.

I think he forgot we are in the disclaimer era.

People get offended about anything and you can get away with a simple * at the bottom of your comment.

Epic has announced a lawsuit against Apple, demanding access to its developer facilities in the name of "fairness and a level playing field". /s
