Apple is offering discounts on several of its Beats headphones options in the United States, dropping prices from $20 to $50 depending on the product. The Beats Flex, Apple's most affordable Beats headphones, are available for $50 at the current time, a discount of $20 off of the regular $70 price.

Beats Flex are earbuds with a wire between them, and they come in blue, black, yellow, and gray. Apple first introduced Beats Flex in October 2020 with a $50 price point, but prices went up in September due to rising component costs. Beats Flex are now back at their original pre-increase price.

Apple has also dropped the price of the Beats Studio Buds and the Powerbeats Pro. Beats Studio Buds are available for $130, a $20 discount off of the original $150 price.

Apple introduced Beats Studio Buds in June 2021, and they were the first Beats-branded wire-free earbuds designed to compete directly with the AirPods. Apple today unveiled the Beats Fit Pro, its second-generation totally wire-free earbuds with ANC, and those earbuds sell for $200 and are not discounted at the current time.

The biggest discount is available on the Powerbeats Pro, Apple's wire-free earbuds with earhook to keep them in place. The Powerbeats Pro are available for $200, a $50 discount off of the regular $250 price.

Apple's Beats discounts are listed as "special" deals that will be available for a limited amount of time. Apple today also kicked off its holiday shopping season with an extended return policy. All purchases made from November 1, 2021 to December 25, 2021 can be returned to Apple through January 8, 2022.

Amazon is also price matching Apple on all of the Beats discounts. The Beats Flex are available from Amazon for $50, and the Beats Studio Buds are available for $130. Amazon is offering even lower prices on the Powerbeats Pro, with the black, ivory, red, and navy shades available for $150.

Here in Germany you can get a pair for $45 (Beats Flex).

I think they are the only single thing Apple offers at an *honest* price point.
Especially in the Music section. With foam tips they are a perfect spare pair.

I got the ones is Yuzu Yellow and they are holding up great after a year of use.

I would gladly upgrade to a new set of Powerbeats Pro. Those ear hooks are great, and make them the only apple product I can wear during exercise or around the house without losing one to gravity. I wish Apple would be more forthcoming about this product line, and why it still exists alongside their obviously preferred AirPods line.

Did you see the Beats Fit Pro review article today? While there’s no hook like the Pros, the wingtips look promising.

If they don’t plan on updating the PBP’s I’m not sure why anyone would buy those over the new fit pros. No ANC etc… update incoming?

I got Beats Flex headphones for Christmas last year and they have been the worst headphones I have ever owned.

Sound quality is meh (but understandable given the price), but it's really the other stuff that drives me nuts... the cable transmits sound every time it is touched, the controls are hard to locate and use, and the power button is unreliable.

I'm glad you're enjoying them, but my experience with them has been abysmal.

Absolutely valid points. They do that for sure. The most compelling feature for me was the H1 and the benefits to easily switch from one device to the other.

Why the Power Beat Pros will ALWAYS BE the best small wireless earphones - especially for active people like me. Besides the fact that they NEVER fall out of my ears EVER… they also have physical buttons. I cannot stress how important this is to have while being physically active. You can just reach up and press a button to lower or raise the volume. With all the other smaller in the ear buds you have to take out your phone or use voice command! Sorry. That is a dealbreaker for me. being able to just reach up & press the rocker is quick & easy. The PBP also has a larger battery and lasts twice as long without having to recharge. This is also huge. Especially when on a long bike tour or out & about.

This is hilarious. Apple initially offers Beats Flex at $49.99 upon release. Raises the price a little while back out of the blue. Now puts them on sale for their original price? Like WTF? Total nonsense

Beats flex are some one of the worst sounding earbuds with a "semi-premium" name.
And the use of "semi-premium" is being generous.
Beats and Apple should be ashamed.
And with the shamefully gimped built in IOS music app, adjusting the sound in app is non existent.
Sure wish Equalizer Pro didn't go extinct in app store.
Can't wait until BF to drop some coinage on better sound.

The Wired BlueTooth headsets are going away. I've been using Jaybirds for about ten years and they no longer make them with the cord. My Jaybird had problems a week ago so I looked around and ordered the Beats Flex for $70. I then managed to get the Jaybirds working so I canceled the order for the Beats Flex. Then I found out that they dropped the price to $50 so I ordered a set. Jaybirds usually last me two to three years as I'm pretty rough on headsets (running and in the gym), so it's nice that Apple still sells these. My main issue is with these things staying in as most of Apple's stuff just doesn't stay in my ears.

The new model with the wings is interesting and I'll keep a watch on reviews for them. I do prefer the cord, though, to keep EMR down and I also find the control stalk handy. And the wire makes it less likely that I'll lose one of them.

People use them for running and in the gym and there's so much ambient noise that the best sound quality isn't that important.

Your comment is irrelevant as its anecdotal and makes a vast assumption.
I can make the counter claim they are terrible for running because the motion on the flex wire will pull on the earpods.

Will there ever be a “new” or updated version of powerbeats pro? Or are the beats fit pro considered the replacement?
