What you can do is check the prices that you Wife's student discount offers against the prices that you are offered through work for the devices you are interested in purchasing. Different items can have different discounts.

I get 12.5% off Apple products where I work, equalling a saving of £50. Not to sound rude, but is there a point to that discount? 😕
