Can anyone here get discounts of more than 15% on iMacs? Cause I was thinking of using my friends Apple Employee discount.

Nope and you really shouldn't use your friends discount- not very ethical. I assume your friend gets a discount due to being an employee someplace? His company employs him/her and not you- buy it like everyone else has to....at retail.
If you are a student beyond HS or an educator then you can get a discount directly from Apple!

Well I guess I shouldnt call him y friend but we are. He is really my cousin thats the same age and we always help each other out. But i do not see why this is scamming I have bills to be payed and need the discount. I have been waiting for 3months for this computer and not waiting for refurbished ones to come out.
Seems like a lot of judgment over something none of the above posters know anything about. Apple employees receive one 25% per year for themselves and 3 15% discounts for "friends and family". 15% off a new Mac is a great deal and I would take advantage of your cousins offer.
These type of people are only jealous and resent you for being able to buy something at a cheaper price than them. Don't listen to him, unless you want to be a sucker and give corporate bigwigs more private jets.
Seriously, just use your cousins discount. It's not a big deal.

They'd do exactly the same thing if they could, as would anyone else with any sense, It's Friends and Family Discount so it's not unethical, and it's not breaking any rules.
