Does anyone know how this happened, or how to solve it. One day i turned on my g5 and it that line apeared. Goes all the way down single pixel wide.

Looks like more of a hardware problem, I had this happened to my old Sony CRT and end up replacing up.
havent tried, but other displays I connect to it don't do that.
Yes, but this is an lcd. ACD 17". It's not my main computer anymore and I dont use it for viewing anything where its distracting. I was wondering if any new a solution. Like rubbing it while it powers up to get rid of stuck pixel.
