Apple Dvd-R's missing

apple apears to have discontined their DVD-R's, and most resellers are sold out if you have any use them sparingly

Verbatim has high quality dvdrs that can be found for extremely cheap. There isn't much point to going with Apple.

Occasionally there's like a $10-20 rebate per spindle per household or something along those lines, so a spindle of 100 dvdrs is ~$15-20 with shipping.


Edit: just spotted this in my RSS reader - 200 Taiyo Yuden 8x DVD-Rs for $50!
