I got this email over the last weekend after I had issues getting my order through the apple upgrade program. I eventually did, with a dreaded ship time of Dec 11-18. I replied to the email (called apple as well to make sure it was official) and was told to 'check my order status' in 3 business days.
I have zero expectations on anything changing, but having read some comments from others that apple was trying to expedite the shipping on some of the orders that had issues. Again, i'm not holding my breath but has anyone who received this email, seen an improvement in their ship time?
