Oh ffs - I love iTunes Radio :/ there's no way I'm subscribing back to Apple Music. Too expensive, disorganised etc and plus it's a waste of money if you want to buy your own music.
Yes. Back to Pandora for me then.I use iTunes Radio all of the time. Very disappointed to hear about this, as Beats 1 just doesn't seem to play the sort of music I'm interested in hearing.
Also, one of the main reasons I subscribed to iTunes Match was so I could listen to iTunes Radio ad-free. I don't consider that a "perk," but rather an integral part of the Match service.
I never used AM. Or any other streaming service for that matter. I buy my music and locally store to listnen where and whenever. This is pretty much shooting themselves in the foot before the service gets off the ground.
I paid for iTunes Match solely to listen to iTunes Radio ad-free. And because of iTunes Radio, I have found new artists whose albums I've then gone ahead and purchased on iTunes. That will no longer happen.
Not cool, Apple.
AccuRadio and Amazon bring additional options to the table. No problem, Spotify, Pandora, Google Music all have great free Radio features that work just fine for me.
Something tells me most of the people in this thread don't realize Beats 1 has a schedule, with different shows featuring different genres.
I've discovered some amazing non-rap music from Beats 1.
It is like you literally read my mind. I was going to say this exactly. lolI paid for iTunes Match solely to listen to iTunes Radio ad-free. And because of iTunes Radio, I have found new artists whose albums I've then gone ahead and purchased on iTunes. That will no longer happen.

Was never going going to get off ground it died once it was given birth Apple never bothered improving it.
TMI Dude!Beats1 'music' is hideous. I use iTunes Match as another form of backup and frequently use the stations I have created. As for Beats 1 well I would rather listen to my parents make out than the ghetto crap they play on that waste of a station.
Oh god that's bad...."We unapologetically take away your features."
I'll pay for SiriusXM before I pay for Apple Music. I mean it.
