Apple Ending Support for Safari Bookmark Syncing on iOS 10 and Earlier

No they won’t. The syncing functions through iCloud, which is dropping support, so they won’t sync bookmarks at all. (Except to a Mac over a cable.)

I know. I meant ... how they currently sync, before the function is turned off mid December. Currently, they don't sync to more recent iOS versions.

Don't think many will still be using the older version of iOS. So might not be a huge issue.

Apple should have included El Capitan macOS 10.11 since there is a ton of hardware out there that ends macOS support at 10.11.
