I saw this a few days ago.
The engineer is 100% correct. Everyone who drools over the slightly thinner MacBook Pro...good thing you have the extra space for all the dongles you need. This laptop is a joke and once the earning report comes out there will be heads rolling at Apple. iPhone sales are stalling. MacBook sales are stalling. iPad sales are stalling. They couldn't get Apple TV to work. iMac sales are stalling.
I've loved Apple products for almost a decade now, but I can clearly see the company is moving in the wrong direction.
