Price isn’t bad but I just can’t see myself being able to wear this in normal day to day life. Which in all fairness isn’t the targeted audience; however, spending that much money to only use in extreme conditions also seems a bit excessive. Just seems super niche.

Good price in the Ultra, basically the same price as old titanium but with many more features. Probably overkill for me though.

Apple is really serving this niche well but… why?

I just don’t understand why they want to target this small segment of the market so badly?

Seems out of step with their heritage and like something that will lose them a ton of money in the long run…

The ultra is really good but I would never use any of the features apart from the better battery life and night mode.

Same although I own plenty of dive watches, but purely for design lol. I’d never spend £799 on a smartwatch anyway, plus it looks chunky as hell.

I doubt any actual explorer would a trust an Apple product like this. They'd use much more professional established equipment.

Obviously most will be sold to people who think eating eggplant is an adventure.
