They are about to find out how poor Americans are. There are no reasons for me to upgrade anything from Watch 6 or iPhone 12.... yet

yikes, I don't love the idea of not having a sim tray at all. not great for international traveling. eSIM is generally more expensive

So...why remove the SIM tray? I just want to buy an unlocked phone and put my SIM in. I shouldn't have to waste time getting service moved over to an eSIM only phone.
I’m sure you can request a physical sim still people need them for other phones/Wi-Fi devices
