As is usually the case, there’s no good reason to upgrade from a 13 or 13 Pro unless you really want those new Pro cameras. But if I had a 12 that still gave me good battery life, I’d probably think twice about an upgrade, also.

Hah, I had speculated that the price increase analytics were talking about was the Mini being removed and the Plus being added at a higher price. Since those are the most popular phones, it could increase the average selling price. The Plus is effectively $200 more than the Mini.
