Just from a business perspective, it makes no sense for them to announce the AirPods 4 with Noise Cancellation without announcing AirPods Pro 3 along with it. Everyone is just going to buy the cheaper AirPods 4.

They didn’t. They are just lazy, Tim doesn’t like live presentations. No live presentation is one of the reasons Apple has lost a lot of traction. Can you imagine Steve Jobs presenting the iMac, the iPod, the iPhone on a pre recorded video? Nobody would have care

I used my Air Pods Pro v1 with ANC on the last cruise.

Those shows are RIDICULOUSLY loud. The Pros worked reasonably well.

I'm totally up for buying these gen 3 Pros

silicone tips is the big thing. not everyone likes that in their ears.

And without the tips, its not the better

AirPods Pro = AirPods + hearing assistance

And the tips which will give superior noise cancelling over the Airpods 4.

My ENT doc actually said airpods clog your ears with wax and "business is booming" for him because people are now coming in regularly to get their ears cleaned out. The in-ear tips push wax deeper into your canal and clog it.

Apple would make a cleaning if they released wax tools to clean their AirPods Pro tips, other brands include it.

Omg I did one of those hearing tests on my Airpods with a 3rd party app before and it enhanced my Tinnitus. My ears were beeping more loudly for days. No thanks
