Apple's "Awe Dropping" event kicks off today at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time, where we're expecting to see the iPhone 17 lineup, several updated Apple Watch models, and the third-generation AirPods Pro unveiled, and perhaps some other announcements.

Apple is providing a live video stream on its website, on YouTube, and in the company's TV app across various platforms. We will also be updating this article with live blog coverage and issuing Twitter updates through our @MacRumorsLive account as the event unfolds. Highlights from the event and separate news stories regarding today's announcements will go out through our @MacRumors account.

As usual, Apple's online store is down for updates ahead of the event.

Pick one or more of the following:

1. Apple is doomed
2. Courage
3. Tim must go.
4. Steve wouldn't have done this.
5. Apple stock already down.
6. This video is so cringe.
7. Most boring Apple event I've ever seen.
8. Newly upgraded/announced product ABC sucks because XYZ.
9. This Apple presenter is [ugly, hot, cringe, annoying, tall, short, etc]

You left a couple out:

10. Android had this feature back in 1975.
11. Apple copying others. Again.
12. Where’s the innovation?

There will have to be some really convincing and must have new features for it to be worth it.
Perfect time to use my app & service.

Really hoping for upgrades to video. I use my iPhone for video production and hope the rumors of new features/better quality are true.

That’s the only thing I’m interested in. The rest is just a bonus.

Oh, and an iPad Mini Pro to use as a portable video monitor.

I'd be happy if they did 'one more thing' and intro'd a little Mac Book. Figure it's also using a phone chip... and is targeted towards those customers that use a phone... Perfect timing.

Can anyone tell me what is even the logic of Spoiler Free Video Stream? what will that even have? only pictures of Tim Cook from different angles?

Only feature that is a must is like actual wireless charging. Know that is not possible really yet.

i have a iPhone 16 pro brand new, sealed on my desk. I’m waiting for this keynote to decide whether to keep it or return it.

128GB $649

If the 17 pro is $1200, there is no way on God’s green earth that I will be able to justify spending $550 more for a better battery and camera. But I’m still curious to see the live? keynote

All of the above.

Extra points if you put any of these in your comments without having watched the event ( you know who you are :p )

If would be much cooler to have, instead of a MacBook running on an iPhone chip, to have a MacBook case, with monitor, keyboard and trackpad, that an iPhone docks into.

But that's not going to happen.

Come on guys, be a little bit nicer. Apple works hard to make more money. And we buy average products. What’s wrong with that?

If you have 16Pro for 649 (wet dream in my country) I dont see a a way convincing you to upgrade. Even if that phone could cook you dinner :D
