iPhone camera won't fit in the thin lid. They would upgrade it if they could. It's physically impossible at this point. At least that is my understanding.
Yes they will. You could easily fit the current Facetime sensor inside the lid of a MBP.

Apple seems to keep pushing machine learning with the M1. It now with the MBP this product manager cannot even state what software benefits from it.

She needs more training to know the products in depth and at fault the managers snr failed in what would be and not discussed.
You are assuming that they have software that can benefit from it.

It may not exist at this point.

Maxes out at 16 gb of ram.

This thing is a MB air with a 16" screen.

Laptops look amazing.

Right now I'm happy with my 8th gen i5 Mac Mini though. Good CPU performance, upgradable RAM and 4 TB3 ports. Maybe in couple years I'll buy one of these Apple silicon Macbooks.

That's how it was before. The base model ships with two, the mid to top spec models come with 4. Those tiers also came with faster processors though as well, so not sure how Apple is going to split out the pricing here.
The 2016 13” MacBook Pros definitely only came with two ports, which is why I bought the 15” at the time.

I’m pretty sure 13” Touch Bar MacBook Pro’s have all had four ports for at least the last couple of years though, no?
