I have two concerns with the share vesting arrangements that we see at Apple;

1/ How come Jony doesn't see to get allocated parcels from what's reported.
apparently because he's not listed as an executive officer with the SEC his transactions don't have to be reported. But I'm not sure why he's the only SVP who isn't an executive officer. Perhaps he has some special arrangement because he's British?

They are the reason this company is successful. They aren't in those jobs because they were "lucky" they are there because they are that good at what they do. I say they deserve every penny they got from selling these stocks because they are the reason the stock price is so good.

Long live Capitalism!

Nope...they are not the reason this company is successful......SJ working in his parents garage with Woz on Apple I, then working with his Macintosh team in the early 80s, and then his subsequent firing and return in the
late 90s and recognizing Johnny Ive and his design for the iWorld......is the reason this company is successful.

These baffoons are just reaping all the benefits of the hard work of people before them....blah blah blah Tim C can lock down the suppliers....who cares? Let him create the next revoultionary product.

and btw, I dont recall SJ ever cashing in on RSUs....does anybody else?
