This is one area where I think Apple is underutilizing its own tech. People who work at computers all day should rarely commute into an office. SOP should be to work at home, with in person meetings only when necessary. Commuting is a waste of resources and a threat to national security, not to mention the environment.

I wish Apple expanded it data centers/servers and/or got more CDN's to compensate for lack of bandwidth with iTunes store in the same fast paced manner they expand in other areas.

Think Different, Apple! Most of those people could and should be telecommuting. You could save tens of millions of dollars in rent alone, not to mention maintenance, equipment (i.e., furniture, staplers, printers...), and electricity costs. All that while reducing traffic congestion and its associated maintenance, so saving tax payers huge expenses. You'd also get better productivity since your workers wouldn't be wasting so much effort just to get into and home from an office! Doing this would also be a great advertisement for your computers/tablets and cell phones.
