Apple Expands Maps Transit Directions to Seattle, Washington

GMaps and Apple Maps are almost certainly using the same resources from King County/OneBusAway for bus routes, schedules, stops and realtime arrival. In my experience, there are certainly issues, but not enough to possibly make me go back to learning and researching timetables.

For the purposes of my previous post, I considered OneBusAway a "timetable". 😀 I made good use of it on a daily basis to see where the 71/72/73 were, prior to light rail opening up. They were extremely unreliable.

But now I am happily Metro-free!

And this city get transit info after such a long waiting.

In the USA there is at least one city, county, and state named after, I think, Denzel Washington. We just really like his movies that much.
