hi,
My Apple Watch 4 doesn’t have a very good battery life anymore, and it’s definitely not like it was a few months ago where I only needed to charge it every 2-3 days. Anyways, on Friday late afternoon I contacted apple about the watch and after running a diagnostic, he said that the battery life was coming up as good. He said it could come from my iPhone and had me run a diagnostic. He found a bunch of issues with apps crashing and such. It’s true that my iPhone XA Max is not very stable.. its pretty slow, apps crash from time to time, call reception is horrible sometimes (even switched from T-Mobile to Verizon because I thought it was the carrier’s fault), keyboard doesn’t always pop up and connecting to a public WiFi is a nightmare as the log in page doesn’t pop up (which has made me miss appointment when in a different country and could no access the available WiFis). He had me do a few things on the phone, and reset it to factory and as brand new. Didn’t fix the issues.
We set up a express replacement and put my credit card in. It has a hold for like $1600+ and the $29 express replacement.
A couple of hours ago, I hopped into my truck and my phone fell out of my pocket in my garage... which is ciment... the screen cracked on the right hand side and has a few hairline cracks going towards the camera and bottom of screen...

I probably can’t get it exchanged with the screen like that now, and don’t want them to send me the new phone and have to send mine in and still be charged $1,600.
What are my options? I went onto my repair ID but I can’t cancel the replacement it seems...
any ideas?
Ty
